Braiden has a broad knowledge of employee benefits and a reputation for service, expertise and integrity. Braiden is a member of the Denver Association of Health Underwriters, where he spent four years on the Board. In 2009 he was honored with an invitation to join the Leadership Program of the Rockies offering him closer involvement with the Denver community and its most relevant issues.
Braiden spent 20 years in leadership positions for some the world’s strongest insurance carriers where he received extensive training on products, underwriting and methodologies for financial and needs analysis. Most recently Braiden was vice president for Principal Financial in their Denver office. Braiden was also part of the UNUM leadership team in the Denver office for nine years. He was a consistently recognized and received multiple awards for his leadership and knowledge.
Braiden is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in Business Administration. Braiden’s grandfather, Ward Darley was the president of the University of Colorado, a leading physician, and dean at the University of Colorado Medical Center. The Darley family has a long history in the state of Colorado and looks forward to continued contributions within the community.
Braiden is married and a proud father of two daughters. His hobbies include: reading, golf, skiing and enjoying the great outdoors of Colorado.

Ron started the firm 25 years ago to serve the insurance needs of business owners and individuals in the Denver area. The goal of the firm has always been to consistently deliver comprehensive, high level trusted advice and service to all businesses and individuals, regardless of size or status.
Rons’ clients include some of Colorado’s most respected businesses and organizations. Throughout his career, Ron has been a member of the Society of Financial Professionals, earning the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
Ron served four years in the United States Marine Corps, and was honorably discharged in August 1972. Following his military service, he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Memphis State University in May of 1976. Ron and his wife Gaile have two grown children and four grandsons – and all reside in the Denver area. He is involved and well respected in the Denver community in various leadership and service capacities.
